About the Client:
Our client is a prominent supplier of building materials, offering a wide range of products including waterproofing, gas protection, concrete, brickwork products, and chemicals. They are dedicated to providing high-quality solutions to engineering contractors, civil contractors, sub-contractors, end users, and buyers.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
- Manage and process sales orders efficiently.
- Provide product information and support to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in internal sales within the building materials industry.
- Proven track record in selling waterproofing, gas protection, concrete, brickwork products, and chemicals.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
