Role Overview:
- Internal Sales Representatives (Office-Based)
Reporting To:
- Sales Office Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with end-users, distributors, and key clients.
- Re-engage with lost and inactive customers while expanding the current client base.
- Promote and sell the company’s product range, including abrasive blast machines, dustless systems, recovery solutions, and after-market services like grit supplies and training programmes.
- Identify opportunities within new and existing markets to support growth in the UK and Europe.
- Provide technical advice and solutions tailored to client requirements.
Ideal Candidate Background:
- Proven sales experience in technical, manufacturing, or engineering industries (minimum 3 years).
- Strong outbound sales and cold-calling experience.
- Ability to communicate technical product benefits effectively.
- Dynamic, driven, and goal-oriented with a history of exceeding sales targets.
Salary and Benefits:
- Basic Salary: £25,000–£30,000
