Role Overview:

  • Internal Sales Representatives (Office-Based)

Reporting To:

  • Sales Office Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture relationships with end-users, distributors, and key clients.
  • Re-engage with lost and inactive customers while expanding the current client base.
  • Promote and sell the company’s product range, including abrasive blast machines, dustless systems, recovery solutions, and after-market services like grit supplies and training programmes.
  • Identify opportunities within new and existing markets to support growth in the UK and Europe.
  • Provide technical advice and solutions tailored to client requirements.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Proven sales experience in technical, manufacturing, or engineering industries (minimum 3 years).
  • Strong outbound sales and cold-calling experience.
  • Ability to communicate technical product benefits effectively.
  • Dynamic, driven, and goal-oriented with a history of exceeding sales targets.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £25,000–£30,000
