An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Industrial Marketing Manager to lead and drive marketing strategies within the industrial sector. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of B2B marketing, industrial products, and strategic growth planning, aiming to position the company as a market leader in the sector.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.
- Analyze competitor strategies to uncover gaps and areas for growth.
Brand Management & Positioning
- Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning within the industrial sector.
- Create compelling product messaging and value propositions tailored for industrial clients.
- Oversee marketing collateral development, including brochures, case studies, datasheets, and presentations.
Digital & Traditional Marketing
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and traditional channels such as trade shows and print advertising.
- Utilize content marketing strategies to enhance online visibility and lead generation.
Customer Engagement & Business Development
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key industrial customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation campaigns that drive business growth.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and product offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, sponsorships, and networking engagements.
Product Launch & Promotion
- Lead the development and execution of product launch strategies for new industrial products.
- Ensure marketing messaging is consistent across all digital and offline channels.
- Monitor and measure the impact of product marketing campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, R&D, Technical, and Operations, to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in the industrial products or lubricants industry.
- Proven success in executing B2B marketing strategies, particularly within industrial markets.
- Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles and customer requirements.
- Experience in SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
