Position: Head of Sales 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to target new clients and expand the company’s presence.
  • Able to Build a robust sales pipeline
  • Engage consultatively with clients, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company standards during contract creation and execution
  • Collaborate with product development and operations to ensure that sales efforts are supported by product availability, pricing strategies, and operational capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in software sales within quality control or manufacturing technology.
  • A ‘hunter’ mindset, combined with a consultative, non-aggressive approach.
  • Networked within the quality control or manufacturing software sectors, with a reputation for results and a strategic, relationship-based approach to growth.
  • The sales process here requires patience, technical understanding, and the ability to educate clients rather than simply push a sale.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Expertise in managing B2B and B2C sales channels.

Compensation:
