Position: Head of Sales
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to target new clients and expand the company’s presence.
- Able to Build a robust sales pipeline
- Engage consultatively with clients, understanding their unique requirements and tailoring solutions accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with legal and company standards during contract creation and execution
- Collaborate with product development and operations to ensure that sales efforts are supported by product availability, pricing strategies, and operational capabilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in software sales within quality control or manufacturing technology.
- A ‘hunter’ mindset, combined with a consultative, non-aggressive approach.
- Networked within the quality control or manufacturing software sectors, with a reputation for results and a strategic, relationship-based approach to growth.
- The sales process here requires patience, technical understanding, and the ability to educate clients rather than simply push a sale.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Expertise in managing B2B and B2C sales channels.

Compensation:
