This pivotal role focuses on driving regional business growth through autonomous management of the sales process. Remote work with client visits and a monthly head office meeting to ensure strategic alignment for achieving sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads independently and follow up on inquiries generated through their website.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, specializing in B2B transactions within the commercial cleaning industry
  • Experience in handling tenders and the tender process is highly advantageous, including tender writing and submission.
  • Contribute directly to strategic business growth, expanding their market presence county by county.
  • Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, driving revenue growth and market penetration.


  • Proven experience in business development within the commercial cleaning industry is essential.
  • A strategic thinker with a successful track record in developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership potential.
  • Based in the Southeastern UK, with flexibility to travel for on-site client visits.
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented, with a long-term vision aligned with the company’s growth objectives.


  • Salary: £65K to £70K per annum
  • OTE: £100K
