Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and self-motivated Finance Broker to join a market-leading brokerage on a fully remote basis. The role requires a hands-on approach, with success driven by cold outreach, networking, and face-to-face client interactions. You will be responsible for building your own portfolio of clients, identifying funding solutions, and closing deals that generate high earnings.
If you’re hungry for success and eager to maximise your income, this role offers a £35,000 base salary plus 40% commission – meaning top performers can – and have – achieve six-figure earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, client meetings, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SMEs and business owners to understand their funding needs.
- Present tailored financial solutions from a diverse range of lending partners, specialising in asset finance and commercial lending.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to expand your network and source new business opportunities.
- Work closely with lenders to secure competitive finance deals for your clients.
- Stay up to date with market trends and funding solutions to provide expert advice.
Requirements
Essential:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within asset finance, commercial lending, or business finance.
- A hunter mentality – tenacious, self-motivated, and comfortable with high-volume cold outreach.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
- A proactive approach to networking and attending face-to-face meetings and events.
- Ability to manage your own pipeline, working independently to hit and exceed sales targets.
Desirable:
- Existing industry contacts or an active network in the SME finance space.
- Previous experience in a finance brokerage environment.
