Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management & Growth: Maintain and develop key accounts and distributors in the Gulf region.
- New Business Development: Utilize leads from marketing activities and prospect for new business opportunities, especially in the industrial abrasives and machinery sectors.
- Technical Support: Provide in-depth technical advice to solve customer challenges using the company’s range of products.
- Market Representation: Professionally represent the company to maintain a strong market reputation.
- Proficiency in market analysis to identify opportunities, assess competition, and recommend effective sales strategies for the region.
- Skill in setting and achieving sales targets, developing pipeline forecasts, and adjusting plans to meet changing market demands.
- Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills to drive export growth.
- Ability to tailor sales approaches to align with client needs, ensuring mutually beneficial relationships and maximizing market potential
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Engineering background with a successful sales and territory management track record, preferably in industrial abrasives or machinery.
- Willingness to travel internationally, primarily within the Gulf region.
- Familiarity with export regulations, international logistics, and trade compliance.
- Demonstrated success in achieving export sales growth, developing regional sales strategies, and expanding market reach.
