About the Client
My Client specialise in sourcing asset finance for business and A has a range of funding options including: Finance Lease, Loan, HP, Invoice Factoring, Operating Lease, Asset Refinancing, Sale & HP, Sale & Lease
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Manage and develop relationships with clients to understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead Handling: Efficiently handle and convert leads provided by the company – no cold calling required.
- Consultative Selling: Offer consultative advice to clients on various commercial finance products and services.
- Documentation: Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and delivery of services.
- Performance Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial finance, mortgages, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial finance products and the lending market.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Motivation: Highly motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Technology: Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Ethics: Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
Benefits:
Salary: £30,000 basic salary with attractive on-target earnings (OTE).
