Due to the growing global threat landscape, the demand for shielded and secure room solutions is rapidly increasing. This role offers the opportunity to develop business in a high-security sector, engaging with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders.

The Role: Business Development Manager – Secure Solutions

This position focuses on expanding secure shielded room solutions to the defence, government, and security markets, generating new business, and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers. The role is ideal for a candidate with strong commercial acumen, sales expertise, and an understanding of secure communications and infrastructure protection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand secure solutions within defence, government, and national security sectors.
  • Identify and convert new sales leads, managing opportunities from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior-level clients, including government bodies, defence organisations, and critical national infrastructure companies.
  • Lead proactive sales efforts across the UK and mainland Europe, including telephone prospecting and face-to-face customer visits.
  • Create and maintain key account plans, ensuring ongoing customer engagement and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to refine collateral and support sales campaigns in target market areas.
  • Manage all opportunities through CRM and sales tracking systems, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Who We’re Looking For?

B2B sales experience, ideally in defence, government, or security sectors.
 ✔ Strong network within secure infrastructure, critical national infrastructure, or defence organisations.
 ✔ Proven ability to sell technical or high-value security solutions.
 ✔ Strategic thinker with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
