Business Development Manager – South of England
£50K Base + £10K Bonus | Company Car | Hybrid or Remote Based on Location
A UK-based manufacturer of bespoke fire-rated door solutions is looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to cover the South of England. With all products manufactured in-house, they offer highly technical, made-to-measure solutions used across education, healthcare, and refurbishment projects.
This is a consultative, project-led sales role where you’ll be working closely with architects, subcontractors, and other key-decision makers. You’ll inherit an active pipeline from a retiring BDM, with structured support and handover provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Win and manage projects typically ranging from £20K–£30K

Build relationships with architects, subcontractors, and key decision-makers

Cover a South of England territory with hybrid working and flexible office presence

Work closely with internal teams to deliver compliant, high-performance solutions
What We’re Looking For:

Strong B2B consultative sales experience

Ideally from a fire doors, joinery, or technical building products background

Proven ability to manage multiple live projects and stakeholder relationships

Motivated, proactive, and client-focused approach
