Roles/Responsibilities:

• Strategically develop new business opportunities within the social housing retrofit sector.
• Engage and expand relationships with social housing providers, main contractors, and other relevant parties.
• Work closely with the technical support team and wider sales and marketing functions to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage national responsibilities, requiring travel and occasional overnight stays.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, contractors, developers, and government bodies.
• Ability to develop and implement business growth strategies that align with company objectives.
• driven individual who thrives in a target-oriented environment, with a proactive approach to managing projects, negotiating deals, and closing business opportunities. 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the retrofit housing sector.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in promoting technical construction products.
• Solid understanding of the construction process and market.
• Knowledge of the energy efficiency market is preferred.
• Demonstrated capability as a New Business Winner with a robust network of relevant installers.
• A well-established network within the construction or energy efficiency industry is highly desirable.
