About the Client:

About the Role:
Sell products, services, and solutions to customers, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with the Head of Commercial Solutions to identify new business opportunities in the designated region, aligning with company and local sales strategies.
Leverage the company’s market differentiators, including clinical audits, to enhance the sales proposition and drive additional value for customers.
Work with Clinical Specialists to support trials, evaluations, and Insights initiatives that promote sales growth.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with the Sales Support Team, particularly the Customer Solutions Executive, to support solution selling and lead generation.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, arrange visits to reference sites, and negotiate sales agreements with customers.
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities to optimize productivity and achieve business aims and territory plans.
Utilize SFDC Account Planning tools to prepare account plans for major clients in collaboration.
Maintain a specialist understanding of clinical issues such as ergonomic and pressure ulcer prevention to effectively engage with clinical specialists and meet post-sales service levels.
Monitor and report on personal and market activities, providing relevant forecasts and insights through SFDC.
Take ownership of the sales cycle, including quotations, orders, and inquiries, ensuring prompt communication with regional and internal support teams.
About the Candidate:
Proven track record of sales in a customer-facing role, preferably within the medical sales or nursing sectors, with a strong understanding of the UK healthcare landscape.
Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal, demonstrating professionalism and empathy, especially during challenging customer interactions.
Resourceful and proactive in seeking logical solutions, with strong organizational skills for planning and managing time effectively.
Valid UK Driving Licence is essential, with a willingness to undertake overnight stays as required.
