Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and acquire new business within the construction, utility, and infrastructure sectors.
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential and existing customers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Knowledge of the GRP industry is a plus but not essential.
