About the Role

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategies.
- Stay current on industry developments and trends, participating in professional development opportunities as needed.
About the Candidate
- Strong understanding of the industry in which the company operates, including key players, market trends, and challenges.
- Familiarity with the products and services offered by the company, enabling effective communication with clients.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Points of Appeal
- Salary/Package: Base salary of £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) with a performance-related bonus of up to £15,000, paid quarterly.
