About the Role

  • The ideal candidate will have advanced sales experience, selling Industrial and specialty gases.
  • They should possess strong sales acumen, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in business development. 
  • The role requires a self-motivated, results-driven individual who can thrive in a remote, field-based environment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategies.
  • Stay current on industry developments and trends, participating in professional development opportunities as needed.

About the Candidate

  • Strong understanding of the industry in which the company operates, including key players, market trends, and challenges.
  • Familiarity with the products and services offered by the company, enabling effective communication with clients.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving success.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, contributing to a positive team environment.

Points of Appeal

  • Salary/Package: Base salary of £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience) with a performance-related bonus of up to £15,000, paid quarterly.
