Role: Business Development Manager – Energy Services / Net Zero
Location: Remote (UK-Based with National Client Reach)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across energy services, decarbonisation projects, and net zero strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with C-suite and sustainability leaders across a variety of industries.
- Promote end-to-end solutions ranging from energy audits and infrastructure upgrades to full-scale decarbonisation roadmaps.
- Engage stakeholders in complex consultative sales cycles with a strong value-based approach.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams and subject matter experts to create tailored proposals.
- Represent the company at sustainability forums, conferences, and industry events.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong experience in B2B business development, preferably in energy services, sustainability consulting, or environmental solutions.
- In-depth understanding of net zero frameworks, carbon reduction strategies, or energy performance contracting.
- Confident communicator and relationship-builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage a remote role and a flexible, national client base.
- Comfortable working in a purpose-led organisation where integrity, impact, and innovation are core values.
