Role Overview:
 This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B Aviation Chemical Sales Manager to spearhead a new division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales, sourcing, and vendor negotiations, with a focus on growing the chemical arm of the business in both national and export markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage quoting and B2B sales of aviation chemical products.
  • Lead sourcing activities, negotiating with vendors for the best rates.
  • Handle purchasing and onboarding of new products.
  • Oversee day-to-day tactical and strategic operations ensuring timely customer responses.
  • Collaborate with sales, procurement, and quality teams to streamline operations.
  • Engage in technical sales, focusing on customer engagement and product-to-product conversions.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  • Proven experience in B2B aviation chemical sales.
  • Strong product, market, and vendor knowledge in the aviation sector.
  • Analytical with solid people management skills.
  • A self-starter capable of building and driving a new division.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively to clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a sales team and across departments.

Salary/Package:

  • Basic Salary: Up to £70,000 (Negotiable)
