The Role:

As an Area Sales Specialist, you will be field-based, covering the Midlands and South West regions. Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding the client base, driving sales, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively Seek New Business: Identify and approach potential clients to expand market presence in the region.
• Manage Existing Accounts: Nurture and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and sales targets are achieved.
• Willingness to Travel: Travel extensively within the Midlands and Southwest, with the flexibility to stay overnight as required.
• Self-Management: Effectively manage your time and workload, ensuring all sales opportunities are maximised.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 5-6 years in the tile industry, with a proven track record in sales.
• Skills: Highly proactive, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Characteristics: A self-starter with a strong desire to succeed, who thrives in a field-based role and enjoys building lasting client relationships.
