Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sales and Business Development
    • Drive sales growth within the assigned territory in the South of the UK, focusing on developing strong relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, targeting high-value opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
    • Engage with key decision-makers, identifying needs and providing tailored solutions that highlight the unique value of the company’s offerings.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue, supporting the overall expansion and success of the sales team.
  • Client Engagement and Presentations
    • Conduct CPD presentations, webinars, and in-person meetings to educate and influence key stakeholders, particularly landscape architects and developers.
    • Deliver engaging presentations that effectively communicate product benefits and project value, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
    • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Market and Territory Management
    • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, leveraging the company’s strong brand presence and existing client relationships.
    • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth and strategic differentiation.
  • Project and Account Management
    • Oversee the development and delivery of projects from initial concept to completion, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and address any issues that arise during the process.
    • Respond to enquiries from various sectors, focusing on projects that align with the company’s value-driven and selective approach.
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the company’s product range, including play equipment, outdoor fitness solutions, and surfacing options.
    • Educate clients on the benefits and applications of the products, positioning the company as a leader in innovative outdoor solutions.
    • Stay updated on new product launches and industry developments to effectively present new offerings to clients.
  • Team Collaboration and Professional Growth
    • Attend regular sales meetings, sharing insights and best practices to support the overall success of the team.
    • Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay at the forefront of industry trends and enhance sales effectiveness.

Salary/Package:

Base: £40K (negotiable) + benefits

Uncapped Commission (OTE up to £70K)
