Roles/Responsibilities
- Account Management: Oversee and enhance client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the territory to grow the client base.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Face-to-Face Customer Visits: Conduct regular visits (minimum 7 per week) to ensure high-quality interactions and service.
- Marketplace Assessment: Continuously analyze market conditions and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Technical background in electrical or electromechanical fields preferred.
- Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within electrical product manufacturing or distribution.
- Strong presentation skills, with a keen sense of autonomy and drive.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet and exceed sales targets.
