A well-established UK specialist in the supply and installation of warehouse racking and mezzanine solutions is seeking a driven Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a thriving territory in the East Midlands. This is a field-based role selling into high-growth sectors including warehousing, logistics, and e-commerce, with full technical and commercial support.

The Opportunity

Due to sustained growth and internal development, the business is looking for a commercially focused sales professional to manage and expand their client base across the Midlands. You’ll inherit a pipeline and benefit from in-house technical design and costing support to help you close large-scale fit-out and racking projects with blue-chip and multisite organisations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell tailored racking and mezzanine solutions directly to end users

  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to close

  • Build long-term client relationships across logistics, industrial, and commercial sectors

  • Maintain close communication with your line manager and technical team

  • Deliver a Year 1 revenue target of £1M (April–March financial year)

What You’ll Need

  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in racking, mezzanine, or warehouse fit-out

  • Ability to read or interpret technical drawings (CAD knowledge is a plus)

  • Honest, ambitious, and growth-oriented mindset

  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple live deals simultaneously
