About the Client:
Our Client offers a comprehensive range of shoring products for hire and sale, including trench boxes, manhole boxes, drag boxes, hydraulic manhole frames, heavy-duty hydraulic waler frames, trench sheets, sheet piles, corner piles, and excavator-mounted vibrators. Their product line is regularly updated with new innovations to meet market needs.
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage with construction and utility companies across the UK.
- Promote and sell a range of shoring and excavation safety solutions.
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships.
- Provide technical advice and support to clients regarding product applications.
- Prepare sales proposals and contracts, negotiating terms to close deals.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rental or capital expenditure (capex) sales of formwork, falsework, propping, or shoring.
- Proven track record of dealing with construction companies and utility companies at various levels.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and CRM software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
Benefits:
- Highly negotiable base salary of £40K – £55K.
