About the Client:
Our client is a premier manufacturer and supplier in the UK specializing in external wall insulation and exterior render systems. They provide innovative solutions across various construction and building types, including high-rise structures, with a focus on fire safety and aesthetic versatility.
Roles/Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan for the region to achieve and exceed sales targets for external wall insulation systems.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential clients in residential, commercial, and public sector construction projects.
- Promote the company’s EWI products, highlighting energy efficiency benefits and compliance with building regulations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including contractors, developers, architects, and consultants.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients in the region, providing technical support, answering product queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal departments such as product development, logistics, and customer service to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help guide product development and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction sales, specifically within specification selling of construction products.
- Demonstrated ability to network effectively and maintain relationships with relevant installers.
- Proven track record as a New Business Winner with the ability to deliver immediate results.
- Strong engagement skills with stakeholders at all levels in the construction sector.
- A collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Strong project management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
