About the Client:
Our Client is a long-established, family-run manufacturer known for producing ultra-slim aluminium sliding systems, pivot doors, roof lights, oriel windows, and specialist structural glazing. Everything is designed and fabricated in-house, allowing for full customization, fast turnaround times, and impeccable quality. With a strong industry reputation and a growing pipeline of referrals, they serve architects, interior designers, main contractors, and luxury residential homeowners and developers.
Roles/Responsibilities
Manage inbound enquiries and guide clients through high-end glazing solutions.
Prepare quotations and estimates for bespoke architectural glazing projects.
Host showroom visits and deliver professional, technical product demonstrations.
Collaborate with design, survey, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Maintain CRM records, monitor pipeline activity, and support conversion goals.
Represent the brand with professionalism, product expertise, and authentic enthusiasm.
Qualifications
Background in glazing, technical construction sales, or architectural products.
Experience with aluminium systems or bespoke fenestration highly preferred.
Strong technical communication and commercial awareness.
Estimation experience is advantageous.
Confident, personable, and genuine communicator with strong rapport-building skills.
Self-motivated and organized, able to thrive in a relaxed, independent environment.
Benefits
Base salary: £40,000–£45,000 (up to £60,000 for strong glazing experience).
Monthly bonus: Typically ~£1,000/month (£12,000 annually).
