Our Client is a long-established, family-run manufacturer known for producing ultra-slim aluminium sliding systems, pivot doors, roof lights, oriel windows, and specialist structural glazing. Everything is designed and fabricated in-house, allowing for full customization, fast turnaround times, and impeccable quality. With a strong industry reputation and a growing pipeline of referrals, they serve architects, interior designers, main contractors, and luxury residential homeowners and developers.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries and guide clients through high-end glazing solutions.

  • Prepare quotations and estimates for bespoke architectural glazing projects.

  • Host showroom visits and deliver professional, technical product demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with design, survey, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Maintain CRM records, monitor pipeline activity, and support conversion goals.

  • Represent the brand with professionalism, product expertise, and authentic enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • Background in glazing, technical construction sales, or architectural products.

  • Experience with aluminium systems or bespoke fenestration highly preferred.

  • Strong technical communication and commercial awareness.

  • Estimation experience is advantageous.

  • Confident, personable, and genuine communicator with strong rapport-building skills.

  • Self-motivated and organized, able to thrive in a relaxed, independent environment.
